Recently the bearded brothers of Starlite Radio made this fun video in honor of No-Shave November. This was the best live take out of 29 total during over three hours of shooting. During each take, Nathan had no idea what the three were doing in the background until we watched the play back. Too much fun. Enjoy!

Our lead guitarist, Bryan Bauer, recently took a new job in Nashville at a sound production company. He and his wife are relocating this weekend. Bryan joined Starlite Radio back in 2011 and recorded a majority of the lead guitar parts on our sophomore album, Live Life Slow. We are going to sorely miss Bryan's musical talent and deep friendship, but wish him the best in his new endeavor. We love you, Bryan!
We recently had the chance to go to the Rick's Picks exhibit at Burpee Museum here in our hometown. It was fantastic. You don't even need to be a Cheap Trick fan to enjoy it. (Not even a rock-n-roll fan!) There are so many unique and special guitars, and so much interesting rock-n-roll memorabilia, that we ran out of time to see it all.
Rick Nielsen, who lives in Rockford, is a true artist and collector. It was a rare pleasure to see all of his collection in one place, so beautifully displayed and presented. The videos are incredibly well done, played on iPads all over the place, and there's even a 45-minute movie in a small theater in the back of the exhibit about Rick and his influence on rock music. You can only see these things at the exhibit, and this is the last weekend (April 12-14) to see it here in Rockford. Click here for more details on the finale weekend.
